the Highway market place. These products are designed for the fast installation of components and long lasting reinstatement.
Structural Strengthening – Upgrading of buildings, bridges and structural components through the use of Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP) technology where high tensile strength, lightweight fibres and proven durability are utilised in the structural strengthening of concrete, masonry, metallic and timber structures.

webercem R4 duo - 2-in-1 R4 repair mortar and fairing coat
webercem R4 duo is a single-component, polymer-modified, dual purpose, high build cementitious mortar, designed for structural concrete repairs.
SUITABLE FOR:
- Structural concrete repairs, particularly where high, overhead repairs are required
- Repairs to concrete structures and members such as bridges and coastal assets
- As a smoothing treatment for concrete surfaces
FEATURES:
- Dual purpose product that can be used as a repair mortar and/or fairing coat
- High build properties – up to 75mm vertically and 75mm in an overhead repair, without formwork when used as an R4 mortar
- Easy to apply, with excellent application properties
- When used as a fairing coat 3mm of coverage provides as much protection against CO2 diffusion as 30mm of low permeability concrete or 300mm of high permeability concrete

webercem HB40 is used for structural concrete repairs, particularly where overhead build is required. Suitable for repairs to car park soffits, bridge structures and columns.

webercem spray DS - dry spray concrete
The formulation for webercem spray DS has been designed specially for dry process spray application to give high strength, low rebound and wastage, and to maximise the application thickness.

A preblended cementitious repair concrete which complies with the Highways England Specification for Highway Works white book Series 1700 Structural Concrete.

webertec EP pourable grout is specially formulated from epoxy resin and graded aggregates producing materials with exceptional toughness, chemical resistance, good flow characteristics and negligible shrinkage.

webercem HB40 application
webercem HB40 is a single-component, polymer-modified, high build cementitious mortar, designed for structural concrete repairs. It requires only the addition of clean water to produce a lightweight, low permeability, high strength mortar for both soffit and vertical repair situations. The mortar is suitable for repairs to bridges and other structures as specified by the Department of Transport.
This product has been formulated to comply with the requirements of BS EN 1504-3 as an R3 mortar.

webercote EC is available in four colours, white, light grey, magnolia and mid-grey.

webercem five star repair concrete is a pre-blended cementitious repair concrete. Conformity testing to BS EN 1504 part 3 has confirmed that the solution meets the requirements for a Class R4 repair product.
