Structures Management System from W.D.M. Limited The graphically-based Structures Management System (SMS) module from WDM includes Gross Replacement Cost calculation and provides a feed into the "structures toolkit”. It is available as a separate low-cost standalone product, but also capable of operating within an integrated WDM Management system, providing the link between structures and highways. The SMS provides the engineer with all the tools to record and monitor his structures stock through user defined inventories; digital images, drawings and correspondence; inspections and the production of performance indicators. It also gives the facility to create work banks, prioritise budgets and deliver asset valuations and gross replacement costs.
