Using either GRP-UV cured CIPP liners up to 1.8m in diameter and 30mm thickness or bespoke prefabricated GRP units (supplied by Channel line) up to 7m in diameter to provide a Fully Structural stand- alone solutions with a 120year design life and minimal cross sectional area loss Working with major water utilities and private clients such as Network Rail, Environment Agency, Highways Authority-HE & BEAR, Canals & Rivers Trust, Local Authorities, Petrochemical plants, Various industrial clients and many others. We offer our clients a full package of works from Design of UV liners through to construction. The UV cure process (in comparison to hot-cure lining processes) is not only very fast to install with liner curing rates of 1m per minute being possible, but is safe, environmentally friendly, and is a fully portable system which requires minimal enabling works, no curing water or disposal of contaminated water and no possible pollution risks from styrene. iLine Technologies have installed more large diameter liners in the UK than any other contractor using UV light curing technology. The crew using this system and installing on your site, are the same gang which installed the first every UV liner in the UK back in 2002. This is the same gang that installed the thickest UV liner in the world at 30 mm thick. This is the same gang which installed the largest and thickest UV liner at DN1800 x 21 mm thick and has never been installed by any other UK company. This is the same team that worked on developing and installing the first approved Gas pressure liner. The same crew which installed liners on pressure mains of DN800. We have now renovated over 400 culverts for Network Rail throughout the UK over the past 5 years, giving iLine Technologies unrivalled experience in the installation of UV GRP liners. Sewage Rising Mains and Fire mains pressure pipes are a Vital part of companies’ infrastructure system. iLine offer clients a specially designed & manufactured UV GRP CIPP pressure liner which is a fully structural stand-alone, reliable & cost effective solution for the renovation of pressure pipes with minimal disruption to site & process activities. Ranging from 150mm diameter up to 1200mm diameter with operating capability up to 16 bar CHANNELINE INTERNATIONAL Channeline International has been involved in the provision of specialist GRP structural lining elements for over 3 decades, during which time we have accumulated an unrivalled degree of experience relative to the rehabilitation of both circular and non-circular large diameter buried pipeline structures worldwide. Large diameter pipelines and culverts represent the backbone of any city’s utility network for the collection and disposal of sewerage and effective drainage of stormwater. In many cases the fabric of these pipelines, which may consist of brick, stone, concrete or clay ware will have been constructed decades ago and although proven resilient, has eventually succumbed to the ravages of time, suffering the effects of H2S attack or erosion and may even be exhibiting signs of imminent failure due to structural loading beyond that of its remaining capability. At this point the need arises to consider the means by which the structural rehabilitation of these pipelines and ducts can be achieved whereby a new, 100-year plus life expectancy can be provided with a high degree of confidence. Bespoke GRP Fully structural, flexible liner panels can be manufactured as either a one piece or multi segmental liner to any shape, size & form up to 7m in diameter. Capable of negotiating bends, transitioning from one size and shape to another and can be installed with flow running through the units (within limits) .They can also accommodate utilities crossing the culvert without the need to divert these utilities and can be manufactured to have different t internal and external corrosion barriers. When it comes to environmental considerations, mammal ledges, fish baffles to slow the flow and help fish breeding and Bat roosts can be built into these GRP units.
